Meet The Doctors
Gregory R. Loomis, DDS
Dr. Loomis has been a dentist in San Carlos, CA for 35 years and enjoys growing “older” with his patients, many of whom he has known since they first visited him when they were two years old. He enjoys the field of dentistry today as much as he did when he first started this practice and cares deeply for his valued patients.
Dr. Loomis attended the University of California, Davis, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences. He received his doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry in 1980. He immediately started working in San Carlos and is thankful for the wonderful patients he has treated, and continues to treat, from the San Carlos Community. Dr. Loomis is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and the San Mateo County Dental Society. He attends as many continuing education courses as possible to keep abreast of the current developments in the field of dentistry.
When away from the office, Dr. Loomis enjoys spending time with friends, hiking, watching and participating in sports, reading, and traveling. He just celebrated his 40th wedding anniversary with his wife, Leslie. He finds he is happiest when surrounded by his family which includes his wife, three adult children, his wonderful daughter-in-law, and of course the two dogs.
Kenneth E. Moore II, DDS
Dr. Kenneth E. Moore II strives to provide excellence in dental health by balancing superior technical skill and respect for the individual personality of patients.
Dr. Moore has dentistry in his blood since his father is a dentist and his mother is a hygienist. After completing his BS degree at the University of California, San Diego inCognitive Science with specialization in Neuroscience, he received his Doctorate ofDental Surgery degree from the University of the Pacific Dental School.
He joined his family’s practice in Sacramento as well as maintained part-time teaching obligations at Pacific and then at a local hygiene program. Additionally, Dr. Moore was one of two dentists at the Center for AIDS Research and Educational Services. Staying true to his personal mission of life-long learning, he returned to the University of California San Francisco to complete a demanding 3-year residency specializing in Prosthodontics and Advanced Restorative Dentistry.
When Dr. Moore is not treating patients or lecturing on advanced dentistry and interdisciplinary care, he can be found enjoying the outdoors with his loving wife Joyce and two children Greyson and Coralai.
